ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Our aim is to develop each player from our program with an improved self-image, the ability to learn new skill, and an intrinsic motivation for growth and development. We want to identify each player demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility for his/her actions, measure him/herself against standards of quality, express ideas and solutions to situations, and value fair play, honesty, and cooperation. Team membership is a privilege and offers a significant opportunity to learn and practice both higher-level thinking and performance skills. We believe that participation in a wide variety of activities it is very important that carries with it responsibilities to the school, to the activity, to the student body, to the community and to the players themselves. These experiences contribute to the development of learning skills and emotional patterns that enable the player to make maximum use of his or her education. They also provide opportunities for our players with regard to responsibility, fair play, cooperation, concern for others, leadership, respect for authority, good citizenship, loyalty and tolerance. Though wins and losses are often indicators of the level of success, the real triumphs are often those that teach skills needed for effective decision-making and commitment throughout life.
